We are a fast-growing clinic focused on treating patients in a way that will get them the outcomes they desire, without having to resort to surgery. Many of our patients come from the athletic population; we deal in particular with the CrossFit community. However, we treat people of all ages and demographics. We evaluate people in a unique way that is very objective and easy to gauge progress which includes analysis of movement patterns as a way to diagnose WHY people are injured and HOW to get them better and avoid the problem in the future.

Your schedule:
Mon 7:30-4:30, Tue 10:00-700pm, Wed 8:00-5:00pm, Thu 10:00-7:00pm, Fri 7:00-3:00pm

Your Mission as Physical Therapist:

You will directly help the clinic grow into multiple locations. You will forward the clinic’s reputation by providing high quality, personalized care & treatments. You will always put patients’ interests first. We also expect and encourage you to be financially motivated, provided it is backed by a strong passion for the well-being and improvement of our patients.

Physical Therapist’s duties and responsibilities:
  • Provide effective physical therapy which will include strong manual therapy skills in things such as Graston technique, soft tissue work, dry needling (if certified), kinesio Taping, joint mobilization and manipulation and movement analysis.
  • Implement a proper treatment plan for patients, being able to establish a good plan of care for clients and helping them progress to their goals.
  • Ensure compliance and dedication to the clinic goals & purposes.
  • Other duties include internal marketing duties, as well as collection of personal statistics and directing staff in assisting in treatment.
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Active physical therapy license,
  • 2 years of experience is recommended.
  • Certified in dry needling is a plus but not required as we are willing to supplement paying for the certification.

Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $80,000 - $90,000, including performance-based bonuses. Additionally, we offer
