Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a total yearly salary of $150,000 to $200,000, including $60,000 to $80,000 base salary. Additionally, we offer:

About our company:

Solid Future is 15 years old and growing fast. We've found a niche in the tech world helping modernize companies that are in the field service space, which means landscapers, metal fabricators for construction, cabinet installers, etc...

Typically, our clients come to us because they are frustrated with their system, they feel like they invested a bunch of money in it and time and people still manually enter data, or they are disappointed after trying to scale their company and realizing they were having to add too much manpower to make it profitable. We help with those sorts of things for companies with 100 or more field employees.

Important note: This is a hybrid position. You will prospect for new customers in the Atlanta area, and you will be expected to meet them on site, plus work at the office on a regular basis. Once you have developed a good knowledge of the market and the business, you will be able to work from home a few days per week.

Your Mission as our New Account Representative:
  • Grow the pipeline in Atlanta GA and build the blueprint for growing our pool of clients from the field service companies across the region.
  • The main expectation is first and foremost creating new pipeline. This is 100% an outside sales role. Net new accounts is the goal.
New Account Representative’s duties and responsibilities:
  • Going to networking events.
  • Going to conferences.
  • Cold calling.
  • Attending sales training (We use Sandler, Sandler experience is a plus).
  • Meeting with prospects, onsite when appropriate, it's in our marketing that we are in the field.
  • You should be comfortable going to a field operations office, warehouse, plant, etc...
  • Ultimately: Closing new accounts.
Required experience and qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Sales experience – at least 3 years
  • Experience in rugged industries like construction, landscaping or any other specialty contractor a plus - manufacturing too.

  • A sense of urgency
  • No problem talking to strangers
  • The ability to listen.
  • Persistent and never giving up
  • Ambitious
  • Great people skills.
