Offered salary and other compensation:

Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a base salary of $75,000 to $85,000 per year + commissions from $15,000 to $40,000 or more, bringing your global yearly salary to $90,000 - $125,000. Additionally, we offer:

Since inception, the value proposition for HPS has evolved and today we are able to help new practices from inception and bring value to established practices.

We help with contracting of supplies, share best practices, both clinical and practice management and meet often to collaborate. Today we are a close network of 53 practice with 125 locations in 30 states. This year we have added 12 practices since January.

Your schedule: Full time exempt.

Your mission & responsibilities as Sales Development manager:

You will bring new members to our network at an accelerated rate. This is a new position, as the company CEO has limited time to recruit new members. Specifically, you will:
  • Prospect independent physicians that own a vein practice or want to open a vein practice.
  • Manage leads provided by our LinkedIn & web form efforts, as well as leads from current members.
  • Actively use our lists of independent vein doctors in Salesforce CRM to assist in closing new members.
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Ideally you have sold a product or service to physician providers
  • 5-10 years of sales experience
  • 4-year degree
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Salesforce.com mastery
  • Persistence
  • Handle objections with skill and tact
  • Dedicated to learning venous & lymphatic medicine.
Preferred soft skills:
  • Organized
  • Positive
  • Great Handling of objections
  • Persistence
  • Able to communicate via different methods including text, email, phone, LinkedIn....
  • Upbeat and positive personality
  • Ability to keep pace with intelligent and well-versed physicians
