Offered salary and other compensation:

Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $130K to $150K. Additionally, we offer a Broad-Based Bonus and Year-over-Year Growth Bonus.

Your mission & responsibilities as our Sales Manager - Healthcare:
  • You will oversee the sales strategy, managing a high-performance team, and developing strategic partnerships within healthcare facilities and institutions.
  • As our Sales Leader, you will leverage their deep understanding of the healthcare market to promote solutions that enhance medication safety, efficiency, and compliance. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and hands-on sales expertise.
Some of your responsibilities as our Sales Leader Healthcare are:
  • Sales strategy development
  • Team leadership
  • Market research & Insights
  • Customer & distributor relationship management
  • Partnership & Pipeline development
  • Product & industry expertise
  • Reporting & analytics
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related degree.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and sales leadership within the healthcare or specialty pharmacy services area.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Expertise in cross-functional leadership, with the ability to collaborate effectively across
  • Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations.

  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally with customers and partners
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across diverse teams
  • Proven ability to manage teams with different go-to-market strategies
