Our group is expanding rapidly, so we need an experienced controller who has a strong performance record in the healthcare industry. You need to have a demonstrable successful track record as a financial leader, scaling medical practices and managed services organizations.

• Vein911^® Treatment Centers is an award-winning, world-renowned venous and lymphatic medicine practice based in Tampa, Florida with 4 locations statewide. Vein911^® is a leader in fee-for-service operations and a model practice for the HPS MSO. Vein911® has developed the metrics and standard operating procedures that enable us to quickly scale regionally and nationally.
• Health Performance Specialists (HPS) is an innovative MSO (Management Service Organization) servicing the largest network of independent vein practices in the USA. We anticipate 100+ practices over the next 3 years. HPS helps independent physicians to compete, succeed, and thrive in today's medical practice environment.

Your mission as our VP Controller:

As a key member of the Executive Management team, the VP, Controller will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall management of Vein911 and Health Performance Specialists.
 

• We are looking for a “roll up your sleeves”, energetic leader. The VP, Controller will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the companies.
• This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, risk management, partnership compliance, IT, and private and institutional financing.

Required experience and qualifications:

• Demonstrable successful track record as a financial leader, scaling medical practices and managed services organizations
• Proven entrepreneur mentality and performance record
• Demonstrable expertise with fee for value care models (ACO, CIN, and/or MA)
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Experience or familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS^®)
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record Platforms, specifically Athenahealth EMR platform
• Medical Practice management and/or Managed Services experience
• Prior experience in public accounting in the healthcare industry is desirable

Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $150,000 - $200,000, including a bonus plan and stock option. We also offer:
