Accountant’s schedule and location: You will be located at our office in Clearwater, FL., and will have a schedule of Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm. This is not a remote position.
Your Mission as the Accountant:
The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reports to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. The Accountant will inspect and review, but may also prepare and report, financial transactions and budgetary controls for assigned funds and departments.
Some of the Accountant’s Duties & Responsibilities:
Accounts receivable and accounts payable
Bank reconciliation
Financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
Vendor management
Reconcile the company’s bank statements and booking ledgers
Complete analysis of the employee expenditures
Manage income and expenditure accounts
Generate the company’s financial reporting using income and expenditure data
Keep a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
Profit and loss, balance sheet, and statement of cash
Initiate and manage financial and accounting software used by the company (currently using Quickbooks) and recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue
Prepare documentation as needed and requested
Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the Management if necessary
Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the Management in running audits
Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
Performs other related duties as assigned
Required experience and qualifications:
Minimum is a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an accountant – ideally in a financial consulting firm or a wealth management firm.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and spreadsheet software (QuickBooks).

Compensation & Benefits: Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer $70,000 - $85,000 base pay, along with potential for short- and long-term incentive bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package:
