Our Location: Cleveland, OH. NOTE: This is a fully remote position.

Your mission as Content Manager:

Your mission will include producing and publishing content, writing, editing, and proofreading,
formulating content strategies, and managing a virtual content team, among other tasks—for both our clients and our own firm.

You should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence, as well as using analytics in the formulation of a content strategy. Here, content is defined as multimedia articles, eBooks, blog posts, case studies, brochures, images, or videos that aid in fostering engagement
online.

Content Manager’s duties and responsibilities:
  • Writing, editing, and proofreading content.
  • Managing a content team consisting of contract writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
  • Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
  • Brainstorm with team members and clients to develop new ideas.
  • Build followings on social media platforms for our clients and our firm.
  • Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.
  • Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
  • Proactively manage content across all platforms, including web, email, and social media.
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related field
  • 3-4 years agency experience or in a similar role
  • Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly computer literate – Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency a must, HTML knowledge a plus
  • Strong secondary research capabilities and ability to synthesis information
  • Proficiency with popular content management systems
  • Experience with social media content management
  • Ability to develop on-brand content that provokes engagement and repurpose that content to optimize efficiency

Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a salary of $55,000 - $75,000. Additionally, we offer:
  • Paid vacation
  • Holiday pay
  • Medical Insurance ($250/month stipend - starting after 90 days of employment)
