Our Location: Cleveland, OH. NOTE: This is a fully remote position.

Your mission as Administrative Assistant:

Your mission will include providing support to our teams, assisting in daily (virtual) office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Administrative Assistant’s duties and responsibilities:
  • Organize and schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
  • Create and maintain electronic filing systems
  • Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
  • Write and distribute email, letters etc.
  • Take notes and minutes in meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book events and travel arrangements
  • Maintain and serve as point person for our tech stack
  • Webinar czar – coordinate webinars for QA and our clients
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Communications and collaboration: Be able collaborate with and support personnel, management, and clients on a regular basis. Must have strategic planning skills.
  • Decision-making: Be able to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational skills: Organization and prioritization are the core elements of the Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities. You must have excellent time management skills and know how to keep yourself and others organized to determine which tasks are the most important in a given list.
  • Writing: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, skilled proofreader.
  • Tech Savvy: “Gets” and likes tech in general. Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, and Google Workspace. Asana, Active Campaign, and Hootsuite are a plus.

Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a starting salary of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Additionally, we offer:

  • Medical Insurance ($250/month stipend - starting after 90 days of employment)
