Marketing Assistant’s schedule:
Weekdays, 8:30am-5:30pm (some flexibility built in for events/ meetings/ etc.)
Your Mission as our Marketing Assistant:
  • Coordinate and conduct expansion activities in relation to referral relationship development, public relationship development and internal relationship development.
  • Produce an abundance of professional referrals and kept appointments between the practice owner or associates and the professional referral sources.
  • Help represent our company image through digital, print and social media advertising.
NOTE: we will train you and help you grow your marketing & communications expertise.
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communicator with high affinity for staff and patients

Offered salary and other compensation:
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $45,000 - $59,950, including base and bonuses.
