RX Rehab Physical Therapy
Is expanding fast – Looking for a dedicated

Patient Care Coordinator
(American Fork, UT)

About our Practice:

RX Rehab started in 2018 in Highland Utah. We were there for three years and since then we have moved to American Fork to a larger location. We treat a variety of injuries, from youth to elderly and various physical impairments, including post-surgical, orthopedic injuries, and total joint replacements, to name a few.

Why you should join our practice:

Our practice is a growing physical therapy operation that strives to prevent surgeries from ever happening. We are a “direct to the consumer” type of practice, not relying on physician referrals to maintain our growth. We are independently owned/operated and can thus treat without constraint and be able to focus on the patients’ goals. We have grown quite a bit over the four years and we plan on continuing to do so and perhaps expand into other areas of wellness and healthcare.

Our Location: 358 n 1100 e unit 4, American fork Ut, 84003 – www.Rxrhealth.com
