Your Mission as Sales Call Center Representative:

By reaching a lot of potential clients, you will get them interested to work with us, thus directly contribute to the mission of our organization, which is: (1) To help our clients grow their product distribution by finding qualified agents who are a good fit for their organization, and (2) Empowering individual agents and their agency by facilitating connections with bigger or better opportunities, in turn helping our industry and economy.

Sales Call Center Representative’s duties and responsibilities:
  • Outbound calls in volume, to agencies/advisories using a dialer.
  • Engaging insurance agents or financial advisors professionally and develop good relationships
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and setting up appointments
  • Keep records of all conversations in our system
  • Constantly training, improving knowledge and performance level
  • Meeting production quotas and quality control targets
  • Setting a great example for the team, bringing positivity and your A-game to work

Required experience and qualifications:

  • High-school diploma
  • 2 years of experience outbound, cold calling. It must be experience either selling that includes cold calling, or cold calling as business development
  • A track record of good performance and ability to work well with a group
  • Able to use computer and software like Microsoft office
  • Experience with VICI dialers is a plus, but not required

Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer $37,500 - $50,000 per year, including a strong base salary plus bonuses. Additionally, we offer
