Sales Call Center Representative’s duties and responsibilities:
Outbound calls in volume, to agencies/advisories using a dialer.
Engaging insurance agents or financial advisors professionally and develop good relationships
Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, and setting up appointments
Keep records of all conversations in our system
Constantly training, improving knowledge and performance level
Meeting production quotas and quality control targets
Setting a great example for the team, bringing positivity and your A-game to work
Required experience and qualifications:
High-school diploma
2 years of experience outbound, cold calling. It must be experience either selling that includes cold calling, or cold calling as business development
A track record of good performance and ability to work well with a group
Able to use computer and software like Microsoft office
Experience with VICI dialers is a plus, but not required

Offered salary and other compensation:
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer $37,500 - $50,000 per year, including a strong base salary plus bonuses. Additionally, we offer
