About our practice:

XO Physical Therapy is an outpatient orthopedic Private Practice. We offer treatment for diseases, injuries, surgeries, and diagnoses which cause pain, weakness, and dysfunction. Our treatments mainly consist of movement-based activities including strengthening, stretching, and a multitude of manual/hands-on techniques. Other modalities/interventions to improve function and decrease pain are available.

Additionally, we are the leader in Aquatic Physical Therapy in the Rio Grande Valley.  We started in May of 2005 with one small 3000 sq/ft facility and have grown into 3 locations with over 27,000 sq/ft and we have plans to open 3 more locations in the next 2-3 years.

Your schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 PM.

Your Mission as Front Office Manager:

You will literally act as the face of our practice. You will be responsible for scheduling and bringing in new patients, leading a team which schedules existing patients. You will also manage the facility and handle any non-clinical issues.

As our Front office manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team. You must feel comfortable dealing with complaints, and you must have a solid customer service approach.

Some of our Front Office Manager’s responsibilities & duties:

  • Ensure front desk is tidy and well organized
  • Schedule new and existing patient visits
  • Ensure timely and accurate patient care
  • Handle complaints and specific patient requests
  • Troubleshoot emergencies
  • Monitor stock and order office supplies
  • Ensure proper mail distribution
  • Prepare and monitor office budget
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Ensure practice policies and security requirements are met
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Any degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in healthcare Office Management is a plus
  • Leadership experience is a MUST
  • Proven record in organizational matters
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written); Spanish (conversational) is a MUST

Offered salary and other compensation:

Based on your experience and performance record, we offer $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
