Our home base is in Fall River, Massachusetts in an 18,000 sq. ft office accompanied by a 7000 sq. ft warehouse.  We have offices in Boston, Ma. and N. Kingstown Rhode Island with plans to open offices in Connecticut and New Hampshire.

Your Schedule:
  • Normal business hours are 7:30 AM through 4:30 PM Monday – Friday; however, work segments started will be completed the same day. A typical workweek is 55-60 hours. 
Your Mission as our Senior Technician:
Your mission will be to help protect lives, property, valuable equipment, and the environment by providing high-quality and reliable gas detection systems developed through the use of advanced technology and innovation.
Some of our Senior Technician’s main duties and responsibilities:
  • NOTE: Apollo Safety will train you on the gas detection aspect.
  • You will lead the design, specification, and qualification of control systems that operate in various environments.
  • You must display the ability to calibrate “fixed” or “stationary” gas detection systems “in-house” & “on-site” at customers’ facilities.
  • You must totally understand the entire “Fixed System” concept, including alarms, relays, and other external devices that interact with the system such as fan control relays, valves, solenoids, actuators, etc.
  • You may be required to perform Fixed System calibrations and all maintenance at customers’ facilities alone.
  • You will estimate jobs and act as Project Manager on all size jobs; this includes coordinating trades and communicating with the General Contractor or customer as to the progress of work.
  • Handling any jobs from start to finish as well as work and coordinating the entire job.
  • Travel to and from customer sites in a safe and timely manner.
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Experience with ISO9001 requirements (preferred) or 17025, C.G.M.P.
  • Four or more years of experience with computers, voltage meters, gauges, and soldering.
  • Electrical license or work in the field, College degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Four years of college or Specialized education, or Master Electrician or Master Electrical Contractors License.
  • The ideal candidate must have a diverse engineering skillset with the ability to work independently.
  • Will act as technical lead on projects and may also act as project manager on smaller projects.
  • You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience supporting controls and instrumentation as well as programming and configuring the following: PLCs, and preferably Red Lion Controls and Crimson Software, other programming will also be sufficient ...
  • A good driving record is an absolute requirement.
  • Must complete a drug screen and background check.

Offered salary and other compensation:
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $95,000 to $125,000. Additionally, we offer the following benefits:
  • 10 days PTO
  • 50/50 health plan
