About our practice: At Lifetime Pet Wellness Center, we work hard on culture to have a workplace that people can have some fun. We work to keep open communication. We make a difference in our patient's and client's lives by using an integrative medical approach that could utilize conventional medications, surgery and dentistry, as well as herbs, homeopathic, nutritional products, ozone, therapeutic laser and more. We also have boarding and grooming.
We are looking at growing and expanding from 3 doctors to 5 over the next year. We work hard on a positive culture. We work to be a supportive team, helping each other.
Your Mission as Veterinary Receptionist: You will contribute to making Healthy patients and happy clients who continue to return and to refer others. You will ensure proper flow of patients throughout the building. You will also manage all communications to and from clients.
Veterinary Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities:
Take care of client needs and their patients by answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients and their patients, as well as checking them out and closing out their invoices
Communicate with staff members to keep a cohesive team
Open and close the building outside of office hours
Keeping the reception area presentable to clients
Multitasking and attention to detail are important
Required experience and qualifications:
High school diploma.
One year or more in customer service of some type is ideal.
Preferred soft skills and personality traits:
Able to give good and caring communication to clients
Good communication with staff
Desire to do a good job.
Offered salary and other compensation: Based on your experience and performance record, we offer $14.00 to $17.00 per hour. Additionally, we offer
