About our company:
The Clean Water Company was founded and developed with the purpose of offering people the best quality water filtration systems that would effectively contribute to their health. The founders wanted to build a business that helps people have healthier, better water to drink, cook and bathe in but also, ensure we can build a team of successful people who work together, get better for themselves and their own families.

Our company has grown 5 times throughout Covid. Our current sales personnel are making between 65-120K.  We don't just offer an amazing product that creates an easy sell, we have an amazing in-home presentation that makes it a no brainer. Our future plans are to expand branches all over the state of Colorado and eventually go nationwide with either online sales or branches in other states.  

This water filtration sales position offers great potential as you could soon become a Branch Manager, after demonstrating great performance in the field.

Sales Representative’s schedule: Flexible, mainly afternoons, nights, weekends.

Your Mission as Sales Representative:
You will build a customer base using our CRM, Sales Rabbit.  Your role will be to gain trust in an area, specifically newly built homes and work with the customers in that area to ensure they have all had their water tested and a demo performed. This position exists to enlighten families about the quality of their water, what could potentially be in their water, the harmful effects water can create on their home appliances, pipes and fixtures and then to offer them the best solution. Our system doesn't need any monthly service and should last about 10-15 years.

You will be expected to generate leads by going door to door using our survey. Once an appointment has been set you are expected to follow up with the potential client, perform the demo in their home and sign them up! You should be able to sell minimally 2 systems per week.

Required experience and qualifications:
  • You must have you own reliable transportation, valid ID, no felonies.
  • No sales experience is necessary; in fact, we love it when people come to us never having done sales! We do however need someone that is not afraid to talk to people, not afraid to work hard and can really be accountable for themselves.
Preferred soft skills and personality traits:
  • Able to adapt to any situation
  • Talkative
  • Not passive whatsoever
  • Able to take direction from seniors
  • Highly motivated to help people with their health
  • Very ambitious to make great income
Offered salary and other compensation:
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a base salary of $45,000 - $55,000 plus commissions which should allow you to earn over $100K within the first year. Additionally, we offer health insurance and life insurance.
