Medical Front Desk Receptionist’s schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am- 6:30pm
Your Mission as Medical Front Desk Receptionist:
Help patients feel at home upon arriving and leaving their appointments.
Know the patient's plan of care and make sure patients schedule and keep appointments.
Collect out of pocket costs (co-pays, etc.).
Create and maintain patient records.
Obtain prior authorization for patients when required.
Work closely with the clinic lead and other referring physicians.
Required experience and qualifications:
Preferably, you have a few years of experience with electronic health records and in physical therapy specifically, but we will not turn away the right person.
We are looking for a compassionate individual who wants to take an active role in each patient experience.
The right person must also be able to multitask, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work in electronic health records.
You will be the face of the company.

Offered salary and other compensation: Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a starting salary of $15.00 - $25.00/hour. Additionally, we offer
