Silkin Management Group Is expanding – Looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative About our company: Silkin Management Group, founded in 1983, is one of the leading consulting firms in the United States and Canada for private practice medical professions – mostly veterinarians, dentists, and optometrists. We have an outreach activity that does research on what is happening in these areas. We use this research to write articles that provide advice to professionals, through our online magazine that's been around for over 15 years, called ‘The Practice Solution.’
Your Mission as Call Center Representative: You will conduct market research on doctors - short phone interviews, 15 minutes. This is NOT a sales position. We gather the data and then write articles in our nationwide magazine – addressing practices’ challenges and proposing solutions.
Call Center Representative’s duties and responsibilities: You will receive a list of doctors to call. You will interview them with approximately 10 questions. You will note the data into our data bank of information.
Note: This is not a sales call at all – pure market research only.
Required experience and qualifications:
Ideally you have a good experience with outgoing calls, as this will be your daily work. We will train you.
No college degree needed
Some computer skills needed.
Preferred soft skills and personality traits:
Great communication skills.
You like people and the idea of helping others is attractive to you.
Offered salary and other compensation: Signing bonus of $1,000. Starting at $15.00/hour plus weekly bonuses. Additionally, we offer 401(K), paid vacation.
