Practice Development Coordinator’s schedule:
Weekdays, 8:30am-5:30pm (some flexibility built in for events/ meetings/ etc.)
Your Mission as Practice Development Coordinator:
  • Coordinate and conduct expansion activities in relation to referral relationship development, public relationship development and internal relationship development.
  • Produce an abundance of professional referrals and kept appointments between the practice owner or associates and the professional referral sources.
  • Help represent our company image through digital, print and social media advertising.
Some of our Practice Development Coordinator’s duties and responsibilities:
1. Relationship building with the referral sources (M.D. offices, sport coaches, insurance agencies, chambers of commerce, etc.)
  • Visit with the office staff at referral sources’ offices.
  • Develop rapport and gather data from the professional referral source’s office staff and summarize it to the practice owner and associates.
  • Set appointments between the practice owner and associates and the professional referral sources that are kept.
  • Participate in any area necessary for the bettering of the marketing department.
  • Monitor stats to make strategic plans for further development with referral sources.
2. Relationship building with the public
  • Update website consistently, social media, including but not limited to: Facebook, Yelp, Google+, YouTube, Blogs, Participate in HYHY Seminars (preparation, attendance, take down).
  • Create flyers to publicize events, Participate in Chamber of Commerce and other like organizations deemed important by the directors.
  • Work with PTs and other staff to build programs to market to MDs and the public.
  • Monitor stats to make strategic plans for further increased relationship with the public
3. Relationship building internally at NCEPT
  • Be flexible in working with other departments to problem-solve, educate, and/or train as necessary.
  • Participate in staff meetings.
  • Promote staff building.
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communicator with high affinity for staff and patients

Offered salary and other compensation:
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a starting yearly salary of $37,000- 50,000. Additionally, we offer 10 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, Health benefits, matching 401K, Continuing Education, as well as performance-based bonus opportunities.
