Your Mission as Business Development Manager:
Your mission is to grow our client base by increasing sales through the development of new accounts.
Business Development Manager’s schedule and location:
You will be located at our Clearwater office with a schedule of 9-5 weekdays.
Business Development Manager’s duties and responsibilities:
You will be solely responsible for acquiring new accounts and increasing sales. To do this you may need to travel occasionally to various conferences, conventions and meetings.
NOTE: As part of your work, you will need to generate qualified prospects via social media (mostly LinkedIn). Thus, you need to be very familiar with building connections/relationships with qualified leads, using all available web & online tools.
Required experience and qualifications:
You must have some aerospace industry (enough to understand what is being talked about and chime in), you must also have at least 3-4 years of sales experience and a college degree (preferably one applicable to this position).

Once you have demonstrated good performance on the job, you will eventually create your own sales force with 2 to 3 juniors. There is huge potential for growth in the company, as you will be able to observe during your visit.
Offered salary and other compensation:
We offer a base of $50,000-$65,000 as well as commissions.
