Sales and Business Development Manager

Performance Painting Contractors, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team and share in our journey to taking Performance Painting to the next level. Under the direction of the President, the Sales Manager will lead and manage a team of Account Executives and Estimators to guide them in developing sales strategies for each portfolio. The Sales Manager will work to create a winning team culture in order to increase revenue and profitability through the improvements made in processes and in the performance of the team.
 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
  • Take ownership of the sales team’s performance
  • Innovative leader with extensive knowledge in team development
  • Driven to exceed expectations and surpass goals
  • Facilitate the growth of business opportunities, company outreach, and sales team member recruitment
  • Restructure and build original campaigns as needed to reach and surpass sales goals
  • Encourage the best practices and behaviors for sales success by managing overall performance and accountability
  • Develop motivational methods for inspiring the team
  • Must have the desire to learn, grow and teach others
  • Use coaching to aid the sales team in professional development
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s outreach through accompanying team members at client meetings
  • The ability to research trends in national and local economic conditions allowing the team the ability to forecast for new projects and goals
  • Track progress with CRM system and ensure clean data for all prospects and clients
  • Meet with key clients as needed to assist in sale closings
  • Direct others in the creation of sales presentations and sales materials
  • Establish and regularly improve all documented sales processes for each division (Commercial/HOA/Industrial)
  • Conduct effective sales meetings
  • Know and manage key sales metrics and report to President 
 
Required experience and qualifications:
  • Two plus years’ experience in a Sales Manager role OR
  • Five plus years’ experience in sales and/or leading high-performance teams
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Offered salary and other compensation:
Competitive base salary with the ability to gain bonuses through achieving and maintaining goals. Starting salary of 115K with a bonus structure that could increase earnings up to 175k

Our headquarters are in Jacksonville, Florida near St. Johns Bluff and Atlantic Boulevard. Our hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
