About our company:
New Patient Delivery delivers qualified new patients to chiropractors. We start by marketing for our clients, then we qualify leads that come in and then we schedule them into the office/clinic.

We are looking to expand our team and bring on a dedicated patient scheduler.
Our Location: Our headquarters are located in Clearwater Florida, but this is a remote position.

Your Mission as Patient Scheduler:
As a Patient Scheduler, your main duty will be to take the qualified leads that we have generated and schedule them into the clinic.
You may work from anywhere in the US, however you are expected to work 8am-5pm PST.
Patient Scheduler’s duties and responsibilities:
  • Provide a good first impression to our clients
  • Take patient notes for the doctor (symptoms, issues, etc.)
  • Qualify patient insurance
  • Schedule patients
  • Ensure patients show up to appointments and arrive at the clinic
Required experience and qualifications:
  • 2+ Years of medical experience (knowledge in anatomy and physiology)
  • Chiropractic and Natural healthcare experience
  • Ideally: 2+ Years of experience with patient interaction
  • Able to type 70 WPM
  • Proficient with Google Calendar and Spreadsheets
Preferred soft skills and personality traits:
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • People person/outgoing
  • Organized
Offered salary and other compensation:
You will be calling back patients who have submitted their online request for a free office visit AND have scheduled a specific time to speak with you. You will get 100+ requests per week. You are paid $40 per patient scheduled and arrived.
With this system you can earn up to 48,000 a year.
