Your Mission as Sales Assistant:
The Sales Assistant role is one where you will start by helping lighten the load of the senior sales staff and learn the business. Once you have enough experience and complete your training, the plan is to have you break-off on your own and function as a full-fledged member of the sales team as an SMT Business Growth Consultant.
Sales Assistant’s schedule and location:
You will be working 8:30 am to 5:30 pm weekdays and will be located at our location in Longwood, Florida.
Sales Assistant’s duties and responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant you will be expected to:
- Take notes in meetings
- Manage emails for senior sales reps
- Set appointments
- Respond to inquiries for senior sales team
- Craft proposals
- Upload podcasts
- Make prospect calls
- Monitor Social Media channels
- Use social media to find prospects
- Qualify incoming leads
- Observe senior sales during sales meetings
- Manage the records in our Active Campaign CRM
- Conduct Research
- Pull reports
- Other tasks as asked by senior sales reps
There will also be required sales and marketing training which you will need to complete
Required experience and qualifications:
We would prefer that you have these to qualifications:
- 2 years of college completed

We need an individual that is:

- Willing to help and serve others
- Do what they are asked to do well
- Hard working/productive
- Go above and beyond what is asked
- Able to follow-up with prospects/clients via email or telephone
- To quickly produce clean email messages that are free of typos and grammatical errors
- Have the desire to become a senior sales rep
Offered salary and other compensation:
We have a starting salary of $28,000. As you develop and transition into a more independent sales rep, you will start receiving commissions.
