As our new receptionists, you will be the centerpiece of a team that will allow us to service the community even more. You are a direct reflection of the doctor and the first impression the patient receives when they enter the office. Operating the Reception Area will be your primary job responsibility.
As our back-up doctor’s assistant, you will be in direct contact with the patients helping them with their treatment programs. You will be responsible for correct application of the therapies to the individual patients. These therapies include such equipment as intersegmental traction table, Leander distraction tables, Vibra-Cussor instrument, Power Plate, Ionic foot bath, Bemer therapy, Aqua massage bed, SpineMED Decompression Therapy and more. You will provide back-up support for the Doctor’s Assistant as needed.
You will be expected to learn from the senior doctor’s assistant and office manager. You will be expected to help service approximately 50-80 patient visits a day, 8 hours a day, 4 days a week with Fridays and weekends off. You will primarily be working with Families, women age 35-55 and people of all ages who are interested in receiving Chiropractic and Nutritional health care delivered by a friendly, competent and professional health care team. You will not be required to do office management.
Your primary duties will be that of the Receptionists. You will also be required to help with the doctor’s assistant duties as needed.
