Our dynamic practice offers Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Therapy, and a focused-based model of ABA therapy services. Within these disciplines, we excel at treating a wide range of very specific conditions. Additionally, we have the great privilege of working with some of the most respected healthcare providers in the industry as we continue to research new findings and understand the best approach for effective treatment.

Schedule: We offer 4 Day Workweek and 5 Day Workweek Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
Your Mission as Speech Language Pathologist:
Establish good communication and rapport with all children and their families
Provides a comprehensive evaluation(s)
Works collaboratively to develop a plan of care
Provides quality therapy services
Encourages family participation to meet the team's goals (family, child, therapist)
Speech Language Pathologist’s duties and responsibilities:
Supports the Marshall Pediatric Therapy mission by: "Helping Families Build Skills for Life."
Provides treatment for children with a variety of diagnoses
Maintains and manages a full-time caseload with a target of 62.5% productivity
Educates families/caregivers on home program strategies to increase success
Participates in continuing education to lead the community with new treatment and evaluation techniques
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies
Manages administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines and productivity tracking.
Required experience and qualifications:
A Master's degree from a university with a curriculum approved by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
Current Kentucky licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Preferably one or more years of pediatric experience
Solid work history and consistent attendance
Experience with or desire to learn Telehealth
CPR and First Aid Certification

Offered salary and other compensation:
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer between $42 - $50/hour, or - for full time positions, a yearly salary of $60,000 - $80,000 with additional bonuses (based on a full time schedule). Additionally, we offer:
Up to 96 hours of PTO your first year and 11 paid holidays days
