Our main activities are: Marketing Research, Strategic Communications Plans, Professional Writing and Editing, Publicity and PR, Social Media PR, Crisis Management.
 
Part of Publicity and PR includes Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs and Government Relations. Our principle wheelhouse consists of the creation and implementation of a holistic PR campaign where PR controls the message – uses Marketing Research to find the hot buttons and intelligence that will open to the door to market penetration. We have ongoing marketing programs with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that tracks interest and sales opportunities.
 
JoTo PR is currently operates using a remote workforce with plans to expand to national satellite offices in key locations in the US within three years.  All Sales, Marketing and CSR efforts will be located in those offices and the activities regionalized (for the regions they are in) backed up by marketing research of those regions.  Creative Teams will continue to be remote.
 
Mission:
 
As our PR consultant, your mission will be to continually secure new clients/new business for JOTO PR by handling the new leads that come in each week and by also contacting cold and warm leads that are in our target market for PR Services.  Over a 3-5 year span the company will need a larger sales force to help the company expand more nationally and internationally according to its business goals.

Responsibilities:
The precise performance expectations are: 1) $ amount of Gross income increasing each month and 2) number of new clients each month added to the JoTo PR roster. Specific responsibilities are:
 
  • Increasing the client portfolio as well as profitable sales to the company.
  • Finding, cultivating and bringing in new leads to the company as well as farming leads that come into JoTo PR – and closing them.
  • Ensuring the clients that have been signed up are getting what they communicated they need from JoTo PR by coordinating with the Delivery team.
  • Committing to continuing education process in JOTO PR on our B2B sales process and sales techniques.
  • Learning organizational/administrative basics for better team coordination and expansion.
 
Qualifications:
  • You have education and experience in Marketing from a sales perspective.
  • You understand PR, how it works, how it is different from marketing, how it compliments marketing and sales, how companies can use it to expand, how they can measure it.
  • You know B2B sales and you have a successful track record in B2B Consultative Sales.
  • You understand the basic flows of organization – org charts, management by statistics, sales coordination with marketing and delivery – or you are willing to learn these basics in JOTO PR as part of continuing education.
  • Technologically advanced – you understand cloud applications, SKYPE, VoIP, and you can quickly learn software applications such as Infusionsoft for lead management.  As well as Microsoft 365 products – WORD, EXCEL, PP, etc.

Salary:
We offer an annual salary of $45,000 – $55,000, depending on experience and production record, plus 10% direct sales commissions on corrected gross income for the first year. Sales Consultant will be bonused on sales targets that exceed weekly/monthly quotas. With commissions, your potential annual compensation would be $100K+.

Greater sales will lead to higher commissions. Long-term client contracts build up residual income for the Sales Consultant each month, so one can build a book of business.
