JOTO PR is currently a remote workforce with plans to expand to national satellite offices in key locations in the US within three years. 

Mission:
As a Sales Lead Qualifier, your job will be to qualify potential prospects that have contacted  JOTO PR for our services. You will be fully trained how to qualify these individuals and pass them along to the sales department if they are a fit for our services.

As these prospects come from various lead sources, you will be required to reach out to them by phone as well as email in order to engage them in the qualifying process. Expectation for this position is to qualify five prospects per day and be willing to make as many as 100 dials in order to do so. 

Responsibilities: 
The precise performance expectations are: 1) number of qualified sales leads and 2) number of sales generated from the qualified leads. Training is provided. Specific responsibilities are:
  • Calling all new leads in a timely manner and qualifying them, according to the sales process, including research and phone conversations
  • Revitalizing old leads with the same process
  • Passing hot leads to the sales area with all relevant data
  • Following up with Sales to ensure the leads generated are being worked
  • Calling failed closes and finding out why the sales did not close with the intent of reviving the sale
  • Committing to continuing education process in JOTO PR on our B2B sales process and sales techniques.
  • Learning organizational/administrative basics for better team coordination and expansion.
 
Qualifications:
  • You love to make calls!
  • Personable on the telephone and likes talking to people and willing to make lots of calls.
  • Prior success in previous sales jobs or other positions – in essence a good production record. 
  • A passion for sales and a passion for Public Relations – and can move up to be a high-level Sales Rep if interested.
  • You understand the basic flows of organization – org charts, management by statistics, sales coordination with marketing and delivery – or you are willing to learn these basics in JOTO PR as part of continuing education.
  • Technologically advanced – you understand cloud applications, SKYPE, VoIP, and you can quickly learn software applications such as Infusionsoft for lead management.  As well as Microsoft 365 products – WORD, EXCEL, PP, etc.
  • A plus but not a requirement: You have education and experience in PR & Marketing from a sales perspective.

    • You know and/or you are willing to learn organizational administrative basics
    • Willing and able to communicate to C-LEVEL executives and business owners at their level
Salary: 
We offer a starting salary of $31,200, plus $10 per qualified lead and 1% of net sales resulting from your qualified leads. If accepted for permanent placement after the 90-day probation period, pay will be increased to a salary of $35,360 plus $10 per qualified lead and 1% of net sales closed by a Pro PR Consultant. (Average commission for Sales Lead Qualifier on a standard sale is $350.00.)
You should expect a global yearly salary of $55,000 to $65,000, including commissions and/or bonuses.
