Electrical Maintenance Technician

Our company mission is to provide new and innovative refractory anchoring systems and services for the Furnace, Petrochemical, Steel and Cement industries whilst being a leading authority in this field and the company to come to for all high temperature needs.
In the US market, we currently specialize in rental and servicing welding equipment throughout the country, working with refineries and naval shipyards.

Your mission:
 
Your main task will be the preparation of equipment for rental, maintaining a clean storage space, repair broken returns and support customers on their technical questions. Specifically, you will need to:
 
  • Have all equipment ready to go at a moment notice
  • Work overtime when needed during busy periods
  • Travel to customers in North America
 
Specific duties and responsibilities:
  • Prepare shipments to customers
  • Inspect returns from customer and repair broken items. Clean dirty machines
  • Keep inventory and parts well numbered and clean
  • Advise headquarters on improvements of equipment
  • Work with an ERP system for filling in the data
  • Prepared to work overtime when required
  • Prepared to travel to customers in north America
 
Required competences and experience:
  • At least 5-6 years of experience as electrician maintenance technician in similar industrial applications
  • On-site experience with electrical equipment and electronics
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Initial training will take place in the Netherlands where the equipment is manufactured. You will need to plan 3-4 weeks overseas at the start of your employment.

Planned salary and other compensations:
  • Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a starting yearly salary of $35,000 - $45,000.
  • Comprehensive bonus plan based on performance.
  • PTO 10 days per year earned as you go.
  • Health insurance provided by staffing agency on a co-pay basis.
