  • At Axiom we are looking for a MicroStation Consultant.
  • At LinkTek we are looking for an Account Representative.
You will be responsible for driving and closing sales of our software solutions to MicroStation and AutoCAD users.
This is a full-time, key role with the responsibility of establishing interest with decision-makers and closing qualified prospects in an ever-increasing quantity.

As part of a team of talented, somewhat eccentric sales professionals, you will be creating new business while also servicing your own group of our existing clients. Training is provided in sales, our software and on how to create wild effects all over the planet. Previous sales experience is a major plus. Bored people need not apply.
  • Acquiring new customers and upgrading or re-selling existing customers within assigned accounts.
  • Producing accurate and reliable individual sales forecasts as well as, consistently tracking individual sales activities in the customer database.
  • Creating and maintaining a viable sales pipeline to meet divisional quotas.
  • Maintaining both personal integrity and the integrity of company relations in all interactions with customers and prospects.
  • Keeping abreast of product development and customers’ needs to continuously improve on product offerings.
  • Being very proficient on sales and closing techniques.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, experience in business-to-business sales is preferred.
  • Proven success selling software solutions is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline and management of assigned accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Applicant must be organized and able to work effectively with minimal daily guidance.
  • Interested in and able to quickly learn about and sell high-tech computer software.
  • Experience in successfully using Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with using a contact management system, such as GoldMine, is a plus (but not required for initial hiring).
  • High energy level and eagerness to reach customers and close sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to keep going with full energy despite setbacks or failed sales cycles.
  • Willingness to build a sales career rather than just taking a sales job.
Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a base with commission pay structure. You should expect to earn a gross income of minimum $80,000 at the end of your first year.
