YOUR MISSION:
Your mission is to produce a minimum of $20,000 per month the first 90 days and maintain an average of $25,000 to $35,000 per month thereafter. At that pace, sales rep can expect to achieve earnings of $50,000 to $75,000 per year. Industry top salespeople earn 6 figures. Your challenge is that you must be motivated by daily achievement and be willing to work consistently to master the arts of prospecting and closing.
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Qualify, set and run appointments, and make sales presentations to company provided leads.
  • Conduct prospecting activities to develop creative leads.
  • Run a minimum of 5 appointments per day.
  • Propose multiple services per appointment.
  • Actively participate in and attend 2 networking events per month.
 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must pass Asher Strategies sales test
  • Previous residential sales experience preferred
  • College degree preferred.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and intelligently

  • Embraces a positive (can do) attitude. 
 
PLANNED SALARY AND OTHER COMPENSATIONS:
 
  • Company car provided.
  • Expected first year income $45,000+. Subsequent years income $50,000-$75,000+.
  • Biweekly 15 – 20% commission pay on first year value of sales contracts.
  • Guaranteed minimum salary.

Schedule:
Office hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. But for sales, you plan your own schedule/set your own hours/If you are a motivated individual, you can work as much as you like.
