YOUR MISSION:

Phase One: As our Business Development Manager, your first mission will be meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will make initial contact with prospects and customers, follow up, proposal, preparation, making customer presentations, and seeing the sale through to the signing of a contract. You will be our first ambassador with our clients, maintaining on-going relationships and renewing contracts for all assigned accounts.

Phase Two: Depending on your performance as a business development manager, you will then move up to helping the company build a sales force and marketing know-how, as our future sales/marketing manager. This should be the ultimate plan and ambition for you: by developing a strong know-how and performance in sales, you will potentially take over the management of our growing sales team in order to reach our aggressive expansion targets.
 
 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
  • Create and cultivate opportunities through consistent, self-driven outreach. 
  • Pursue and follow up on all incoming leads.
  • Reach out to prospects and create business opportunities.
  • Work with our tech support team to create proper client proposals.
  • Close new and existing clients on approved proposals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to create upsells and continued business.
  • Assist the company in developing marketing support tools, based on your field observations.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 
  • Ideally a minimum of 3+ years of experience selling phone systems to the B2B industry.
  • Great prospecting and qualification skills
  • Proven record as an Account Manager in Consultative Sales.
  • Self-motivation with the energy to succeed
  • A successful sales history in technology-based solutions.
  • You have a proven record of successful sales AND sales Management.
 
REQUIRED PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS:
 
  • High energy level and eagerness to reach customers and close sales.
  • A natural ability to go out and generate leads, create opportunities and not just wait for leads or opportunities to come to you.
  • Ability to persist is a MUST. Our clients need constant and on-going attention.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You are not afraid of closing big accounts.
  • NOTE: You must have the ambition AND the capability to potentially develop a sales team
 
OFFERED SALARY & OTHER COMPENSATIONS:
 
Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a very attractive compensation package including a salary base plus performance-based commissions. Your first-year annual compensation could range anywhere between $80,000 to $100,000.
