Your mission:
As our Project Manager, you will cheerfully follow our established systems and processes to manage all aspects of residential and light commercial construction projects in order to finish projects on time, deliver our unique customer service experience in abundance, increase profitability by executing efficiently and effectively, manage customer expectations, and maintain our high customer service satisfaction rating in order to earn more referrals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Primary responsibility is the coordination of scheduling materials, subcontractors, tradesmen and employees for the timely execution of our residential/commercial renovation and construction projects.
  • Maintain accurate schedule using Builder Trend online project management system
  • Coordinate subcontractor and employee schedules.
  • Order, track and receive materials.
  • Creatively solve problems while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude
  • Maintain the company quality standards by exercising quality control measures throughout the project
  • Maintain contact with clients to ensure a phenomenal customer service experience.
  • Seek opportunity to generate referrals and build rapport with our clients and community.
Required qualifications/experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in construction-related fields.
  • Must be able to understand basic architectural drawings.
  • Must have a command of basic math formulas.
  • You will be managing 3-8 projects at a time, so you must be good at multi-tasking.
  • You must be able to communicate clearly; we get hundreds of calls, texts and emails each day and it requires much documentation to keep track of where we are on each project.
  • Must be able to write professionally.
  • Must be professional in appearance and have no physical limitations.
  • College degree a bonus but not required.
  • Must be willing to work some Saturdays as needed.
  • Must be friendly, approachable yet firm and direct.
  • Must be able to understand the parts and pieces that go into a basic construction project.
  • Important: must be bilingual English-Spanish.

Offered salary& other compensations:
​Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a starting salary of $65,000 to $69,000, plus completion bonuses and other incentives. Details to be discussed.
