YOUR MISSION:
As our office manager, you will assist the practice owner to build a world-class team of therapists and animal care givers to deliver exceptional services to help dogs move better, feel better and live longer. You will manage staff and office and maintain an outcome-based organization with A players

You will develop specific onboarding plan for new hires; you will constantly contribute to, and maintain an environment where clients and pets feel cared for, and nurtured.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Administration and Operations management
  • Secretarial
  • HR
  • Payroll
  • Tech-phones,
  • Desk equipment management
     
REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND PERSONALITY SKILLS:
  • At least 3-4 years office management experience
  • Outstanding bookkeeping & QuickBooks
  • Social media savvy – contribute to the web visibility of the practice

PLANNED SALARY:

Depending on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary starting at $ 44,000 - $52,000, plus profit sharing, IRA, 6 paid sick days. Details will be provided during a face-to-face interview.
